The White Villa
Our charming villa apartment extends over two floors. It is surrounded by a wonderful orchard and spacious English-style meadows. Its privileged location will guarantee tranquility and privacy, while you will be conveniently only 350 meters away on foot from the restaurant and shopping street, as well as supermarkets and shops. The interior spaces have been designed to offer maximum comfort, brightness, and functionality. A fully equipped kitchen of about 28 m2 will allow you to organize delicious lunches and dinners for your group, to be enjoyed also in the spacious and cool adjacent covered veranda, equipped with a charcoal barbecue and all the necessary accessories. For moments of pure relaxation, you can choose to read a book on the grass or take a bath in the two-seater whirlpool tub.

Just a pleasant 4-minute walk away, you will find a lively street with numerous restaurants, shops, and markets. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the most enchanting beaches of Ogliastra, such as Lido di Orrì, Golfetto, San Gemiliano, Portu Frailis, and Cala Moresca.
The villa is only 350 meters away from Via Monsignor Virgilio, which is famous for its restaurants, bars, pubs, and summer markets. It is the perfect place to enjoy a great pizza or sip a refreshing drink after a day at the beach.
During the summer months, from June to September, there is also a Luna Park open to both children and their parents. The entrance of the villa overlooks Via Foddeddu, one of the main streets of Tortolì, which leads to Arbatax and Portu Frailis, Lido di Orrì, and Cala Moresca in just a 5-minute drive, or to the junction with SS125 for Cagliari and Olbia.
Despite its central location, The White Villa is a country house renovated in 2015, surrounded by large English lawns and an orchard of oranges, lemons, and medlars. It guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility during your stay.
